The project form collects your name, email address, optional company name, service interest, and project description. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement. Please do not submit credentials or confidential production data.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are stored on the server that operates this website. Access is restricted to the people responsible for handling enquiries. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Retention

Website enquiry records are removed after 12 months. Information needed for an engagement may be managed separately under the terms agreed for that work. Limited server logs support security and troubleshooting and may include your IP address, requested URL, and browser information.

Cookies and external services

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The contact form uses a short-lived, secure session cookie to prevent forged submissions. It is restricted to this website, cannot be read by JavaScript, and expires after one hour. Fonts and visual assets are served from our own website. The project form does not send your brief to an external AI service.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of an enquiry by submitting a request through the contact form. Use the email address associated with your enquiry and include its reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
